This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute in connection with the complaint given by the de-facto complainant viz., Kumaresan.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner will not be harassed by the respondent. Though there is a case pending against the petitioner, it is submitted that he has been enlarged on bail in the said case.
