This petitioner has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.59 of 2017 dated 15.04.2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alwarkurichi Police Station, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District as against the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.59 of 2017 and also filed Charge Sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudaram, on 22.05.2017 and pending for taking cognizance.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
