ORDER

Seeking to pass an order to expeditious disposal of the trial proceedings in C.C.No.60 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kuzhithurai, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kuzhithurai, to complete the trial in C.C No.60 of 2016 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
