Prayer:

To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.21115/2025 dated 24.11.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.21115 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.21115 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once

i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
