Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.BABU JAGANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20495 of 2018, dated 29.02.2019. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner could not arrange the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).
