Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants patta issued in favour of the private respondents to be cancelled. The second respondent authority is competent to conduct enquiry. The petitioner is permitted to submit an appeal / revision before the second respondent. As and when it is submitted, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. Notice will be issued to all the interested parties including the private respondents named in this writ petition. Final order on merits shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks after filing of this appeal / revision by the petitioner. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of both the parties are left open.
