ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to restore the appeal in A.S.No.628/92 on the file of this court which was dismissed for default on 20.09.2006.

This court already condoned the delay in filing the petition to restore the first Appeal.

I am satisfied with the reasons given by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and hence, this petition is allowed.
