Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioners are purchasers of a property. They alleged that they have been cheated. They have given a complaint. The first respondent has only issued CSR. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, cognizable offence is made out, the first respondent is obliged to register an FIR and take action in accordance with law.
