Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5730 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD) No.326 of 2018 on 20.08.2018.

petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on first working day of every two months.
