Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in connection with the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.228 of 2015 dated 10.06.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.228 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.228 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 465 and 468 of I.P.C.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is absolutely no basis for the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that four witnesses have been examined and summon has also been issued for production of records and the petitioners are at liberty to produce the records.

5. This Court is not inclined to go into the allegations as it is for the Investigating Officer to verify the records and on consideration of the relevant materials, the first respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
