Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to survey and demarcate the petitioners land measuring 2 Acre 31 Cents in S.No.628/2A in Athanakottai Village in Pudukottai Taluk and District, with the help of the 5th respondent by disposing his representation dt.02.07.2018, by issuing notice to the 6th respondent and all the other interested parties.

The Review Applicant/Sixth Respondent has preferred the instant Review Application as against the judgment dated 26.07.2018 in W.P. (MD) No.16377 of 2018 passed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the review applicant. 3.When the review application is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the review applicant submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 26.07.2018, the Tahsildar has passed an order dated 28.09.2018 stating that since the Revenue Divisional Officer has seized the matter, he is unable to consider the representation of the first respondent herein dated 02.07.2018. If at all, any of the parties are aggrieved by the order, it is always open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law. As such, no further orders are required in the present review application. Hence, the Review application stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
