Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10540 of 2018 in Crl. M.P (MD).No.9494 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.20093 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 302,450,201 and 202 of IPC in Crime No.59 of 2018, while granting bail.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in fifteen days. This petition is ordered.
