ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2021. However, it is noticed that the petitioner has also filed O.A.No.3 of 2019, which is pending before the Joint Commissioner, first respondent herein.

2. Considering the same, I do not find any merits in the present writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to make all representations before the Joint Commissioner to consider and pass appropriate orders. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
