2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation.
