ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.11932 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.11932 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025, is relaxed

and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
