O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to to quash the entire proceedings initiated by the first respondent in M.C.No.1/2014 - m3 dated 19.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. The impugned order under Section 107 Cr.P.C., in M.C.No.1/2014 - m3 dated 19.09.2014 shall stand quashed on the sole ground that the common notice stands issued to both "A" and "B" parties. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
