This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus consequent to the order passed in A.S.(MD)No.76 of 2018 and Cross Appeal(MD)No.22 of 2019. Challenging that particular judgments, SLP(C) Nos.9974 and 9975 of 2002 had been filed. Since the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court any directions may be applied before the said Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2/4

Approaching this Court is not proper. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed. No costs.
