The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to erect transmission cell phone towers in the land in S.F.No.1321/1 and S.F.No.1321/2, Plot No.10 and part in Plot No.9, Paraiyadi 2nd Street, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District.
2.Mr.Saravanakumar learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions, contended that the representation given by the petitioner is registered as C.S.R.No.1376 of 2020 and posted for enquiry. 3.In the facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
