CRL MP(MD). No.627 of 2026 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are working as daily wages labourers and hence, they are not able to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20320 of 2025, dated 17.11.2025 and sought modification.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20320 of 2025, dated 17.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Peravurani daily at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court remains un altered. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
