ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the respondent herein, under which, the petitioner's company was directed to register themselves under the Building and other construction workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996.
2. According to the writ petitioner, they are involved in the business of erection of wind mills and they have handed over the construction of the wind mills to a third party by name, Tirunelveli Wind Farm Limited. The said third party had already registered themselves before the respondent herein under the above said Act. That apart, the construction work has already been completed and nothing survives in the present writ petition. The same is recorded. 2/4
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 13.07.2022 Index :
