PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.407 of 2020 dated 23.10.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbear the respondent Nos.1 and 2, their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners and from in any manner evicting the petitioners from their dwelling house situated at New Door No.137, old Door No.GA, Kamaraj Nagar Street, B.B.Kulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Chokkikulam Registration, Madurai District without following the due process of law and to further provide us with reasonable time period of 6 months for making the one time settlement for the above said loan as agreed by the respondents 1 and 2.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
