This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued by the first respondent in Memo No.5763/A1/2012, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.10193 of 2013 28.01.2013 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in Procs.No.182/RM(M)/MDU-1/12, dated 25.02.2013 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the charge memo issued against the petitioner was withdrawn.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous Petition is closed.
