ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the case in Spl.S.C.No.57 of 2019 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai. 2.Earlier this Court has passed an order dated 22.02.2021, regarding the joint compromise memo and directed the third respondent to refund a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), which he got towards compensation from the concerned Collector within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 3.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the condition imposed by this Court was complied and the copy of the receipt for remittance of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) was annexed with the memo of compromise.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection.

5.The memo is recorded. Since the condition is complied, this original Criminal Petition is disposed of as per the terms and conditions imposed in the compromise memo, which was already filed in this case. 27.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Mrn To 1.The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Melur, Madurai District.
