RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.i imposed in order dated 25.01.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 1142/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court as to appear and sign at concerned Judicial Magistrate Court No.

II, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District instead of appearing before respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K. HEMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify Condition No.I, imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 25.01.2018, made in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.1142 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a practicing Advocate in Criminal side at Kovilpatti and therefore, he prays to modify Condition No.I, in the order dated 25.01.2018, made in Cr.O.P.(MD)No.1142 of 2018, as to appear and sign before the concerned Magistrate Court instead of respondent police.

3.This Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the abovesaid submission. 4.The submissions made by the learned counsel on either side are considered. Earlier, on 25.01.2018, this Court granted an order of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter, till today, the petitioner has not executed the bail bond as directed by this Court. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition without any proper reason and the reasons are also not satisfactorily explained.
