This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the petition in M.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur and quash the same.

2. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if the pensrsonal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below.
