Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, especially the punishment of reduction in pay by two stages for two years with cumulative effect by the respondent No.3 made in PR.65/02 under Rule 3(b), dated 02.08.2004 as further confirmed by the respondent No.2 pursuant to his proceedings made in Rc.No.200338/PR II(1)/2004, dated 10.11.2004 and by the respondent No.1 in Rc.No.200482/AP.2(1)/08, dated 22.01.2009 and confirmed in the Memo in Rc.No.1247788-2/------A.P.2 (1)/2010 dated 18.01.2011 by the respondent No.1 and quash the same as null and void, illegal and invalid and consequently directing the respondents to restore the petitioner's scale with all increments besides disbursing the amount reduced from the petitioner's regular scale and the attendant terminal benefits.
