2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner without approaching the concerned Court has directly approached this Court.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Court and in any event of rejection, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court .
