ORDER:-Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Madasamy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. Mr.S.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents No.4 to 6, this Court made the following order:

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15530 of 2019 dismissed for default by this Court vide its order dated 30.10.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit for restoration of the criminal original petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
