OP(MD)No. 10593/2013 dated 11.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.M.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10593 of 2017, dated 11.12.2017, to surrender before the Court concerned.

2. This Court, by order dated 11.12.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 10593 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
