This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of fourth respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.
