ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.23008 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.23008 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall intimidate the victim and shall not enter the street or house of hte victim. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
