2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 2nd week of December 2017 onwards and after completing investigation, a charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ P.R.C.No.2 of 2018.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
