PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to disclose the marks of the petitioner obtained in the written examination held on 10.08.2019, for the post of Assistant Engineer (Agriculture) and consequently include the name of the petitioner in the selection list published on 13.11.2019 and 19.12.2019.
