bail, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three weeks only. But, without complying the said order, the petitioner filed this petition. Therefore, this Court come to the conclusion that the present petition is filed too earlier. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
