Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SUDEV KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3090 of 2017 in Crl.A.(MD)No.113 of 2017 on 23.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3090 of 2017 in Crl.A.(MD)No.113 of 2017 on 23.01.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the
