ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was directed to appear before the second respondent. But he has not turned up.

3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police.

4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appearing before the second respondent police and on such appearance, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry by following the dictum laid 2/4

down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
