Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner's husband is said to be missing for 10 years. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint and the same was acknowledged by issuing CSR No.4 of 2021. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's complaint and file a report. If the petitioner's husband is missing for the last ten years and is not traceable, the third respondent shall file a closure report. If such a report is not filed, the petitioner will not be able to deal with the property that is standing in the name of her husband. The petitioner is having daughters of marriageable age. Therefore, the third respondent shall enquire the petitioner's complaint and file a report before the jurisdictional magistrate court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
