ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Section 392 of IPC, in C.C. No.69 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused in C.C.No. 69 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Madurai, for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC.
3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.69 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Madurai. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 18.03.2015.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders.
