Heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.A.Suriyanarayanan, learned Counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the petition for restoration to restore the Crl.RC(MD).No.557 of 2025, dated 15.07.2025.

3. Mr.A.Suriyanarayanan, learned Counsel for the respondent, has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 144 days in filing the petition for restoration to restore the Crl.RC(MD).No.557 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025 is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to restore the said Criminal Revision Petition and list the same in the usual course.
