ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1480 of 2020 from the file of 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court, as 'Further Action Dropped', regarding which RCS notice was also served.

3. Considering the submission made by the the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum if he is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint.

4. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
