This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in a civil dispute between him and the defacto complainant.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent against the petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.1186 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed.
