13685/2017 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13685 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017 Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 103/ 2018 IN CRL OP(MD)NO.11514/2017 : To relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9613 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11514 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GOWRISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13685 & 11514 of 2017, dated 12.10.2017 & 02.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly without any violation. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is still pending, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2017 & 02.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13685 & 11514 of 2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
