This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records from 1st respondent in his proceedings in M.C.No.158/2014/A2 dated 28.11.2014 and to quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
