ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3.This writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to cancel the legal heir certificate dated 31.01.2019 issued in favour of the legal heirs of the Late.Thiru.Pillappan @ Pallappa by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2019.

4.The claim of the petitioner is that in the impugned legal heir certificate dated 13.01.1997, the petitioner has been mentioned as the son of the 2nd wife, but he is the son of the legally wedded wife of the deceased Pillappan @ Pallappa.

5.In view of the said submissions, this Court hereby direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders after putting all the legal heirs of the deceased Pillappan @ Pallappa, on notice within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
