ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13175 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)NO.1073 of 2024, dated 13.08.2025 pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

2. This Court by an order dated 13.08.2025 directed the petitioner to report before the trial https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Court on all hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition of this Court.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
