The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which a cheque signing power of the writ petitioner Panchayat President was restricted. Since the tenure of the Panchayat President has expired, noting survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
