ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R in Crime No.78 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent, dated 22.05.2015 and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.694 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
