Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 92 days in re-presenting Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.30407 of 2017 is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) with Rojavanam Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from today and produce a receipt before the Registry. On production of receipt, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if the same is otherwise in order.
