O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to give police protection to the petitioner, his family members and his property based on the complaint given by the petitioner's father, dated 16.04.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the undertaking given by the third party, against whom police protection has been sought for, the complaint has been closed.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, in the event of any threat, it is always open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
