RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.22402 of 2018 dated 19/12/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22402 of 2018 on 19.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22402 of 2018 on 19.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22402 of 2018 on 19.12.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
